HP - Horizontal Multi Stage Ring Section Pumps
The HP series is a horizontal, multi-stage, ring-section centrifugal pump engineered for high-pressure applications, particularly suited for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. Its modular ring-section design allows for flexible adaptation to different head requirements by varying the number of impeller stages. Built with a heavy-duty construction, it ensures long-term reliability under severe operating conditions, making it widely used in seawater desalination, chemical processing, wastewater treatment, and zero-liquid-discharge (ZLD) applications.
• High-Pressure Capability: Operating pressure up to 100 Bar, meeting the demands of high-pressure processes like Reverse Osmosis。
• Heavy-Duty Stiff Shaft: A robust solid shaft design ensures the critical speed is above the operating speed and limits shaft deflection at the seal face to less than 0.05mm under all conditions, guaranteeing mechanical seal stability and longevity.
• Efficient Balancing Drum: The balancing drum design effectively compensates axial thrust, resulting in both seals being under suction pressure and low residual axial load on the thrust bearing, thereby extending bearing and pump service life。
• Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Available in a range of corrosion-resistant metallic materials for wetted parts, with a corrosion allowance of more than 3mm, enhancing durability in corrosive environments。
• Standards Compliance: Designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 5199 standard, ensuring conformity and reliability
